Received a Damaged Item?
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We assess the damage severity to determine the best course of action for you.
Minor Damage
Minor damages include surface-level issues:
- Scratches on the cover or minor corner dings.
- Small misprints or minor content errors.
Our Action: No returns or exchanges are offered for minor cosmetic damages.
Major Damage
Major damages mean the item is:
- Received in a completely unusable, non-functional condition.
Our Action: After verification (a photo is usually enough!), another unit of the same item will be provided free of charge.
Lost Packages & Next Steps
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to track it down or arrange a reshipment.
