The Magadh University library has a well-equipped collection of over 1,55,000 (approx) books, 2000 back volumes, 3000 theses, dissertations, rare books, 1500 rare manuscripts covering a wide range of subjects.
- Magadh University has 6 boys and 2 girls hostels with the facilities such as common room, security, parking, power backup, internet connectivity, kitchen and mess with dining space. Some of the hostels have wi-fi facility for enabling the students to be able to continue their studies online.
- It has a good building in the natural environment but it's old as it was est. 1949 by pt. Indus Shekhar. The canteen has good quality food and the cafeteria is near the main building. Separate buildings are for separate streams. Building renovation takes place at regular intervals.
