Infrastructure
The infrastructure is old but very well maintained. Students can avail the hostel facility easily. Also the universty has well supplied libraries and is registered under National Digital Library scheme thus giving a huge resource base for research.
Reputation
The university though has been accredited by UGC but in practical terms we see there is no great reputation in the market.

the Major areas of teaching and research are clinical psychology, personality, guidance and counseling, sport psychology, organizational behavior, health psychology and positive psychology.
CONS
The university does not have a great faculty. Despite the fact that the students are exposed to many resource data bases there have not been great research publication s in psychology department.
